The Epson 7900 can be used by qualified and trained photo students in advance courses. The printer is located in the closet in the PEL (Ansin 206) which should be locked at all times except when in use.
Users must present their Emerson ID to the PEL monitor on duty.
The PEL monitor must confirm that they are qualified to use the printer by checking the list of names posted on the inside closet door. This is updated each semester according to students enrolled in advanced photography courses and signed by the faculty or the Photo Manager.
If the student is on the list and they do not have a signature a Photo monitor can provide a basic training.
You must be trained by your professor or a Photo Monitor before you can use the printer. Approved students are listed inside the PEL Closet.
